I come from a very small family in comparison and we're very close.

I wondered similar things with that painting. That is the beauty with some pieces of art, it's make you think of the "why". Enjoy your Friday, writing and the rainy weather.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6568091996048915629.post-54116426147910609162014-09-25T20:51:13.575-06:002014-09-25T20:51:13.575-06:00Actually I rolled back to bed a bit. I posted because I was awake, and I didn't want posting after my alarm to cut into my writing time.
I have reached that happy state for a writer: being able to get myself to regularly write, both morning's and after work. The morning part happened because the free public parking lot near work fills so darn fast I have to get there by 7:15 and then walk with my laptop to a coffee place near work, I don't start work until 9:00.

Part of the appeal of the picture is I wonder figuratively where she has been, and where she is going, in her limited patched life. …
In my family Ma was a housewife and we had six children. When I left home, and lived below the poverty line with part-time work, I felt rich by comparison. We grew a lot of our own healthy food which helped; Mum says that's why she and Dad have outlive their peers and Dad's eight siblings. For a few years we had a cow and drank unpasteurized milk with no harmful effects. People would come and buy our extra milk and it didn't harm them either.

I have Fridays off by my own request, so it is a good day for me that starts with my nice morning FreeFall writer's group.Sean Crawfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13724844971087639706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6568091996048915629.post-65718084439799955272014-09-25T16:20:03.039-06:002014-09-25T16:20:03.039-06:00You are awake far too early! It is intriguing/beautiful. What made you want to purchase it?

That young lieutenant was very wise and insightful. His message links well to "live to work, work to live".

It's Friday tomorrow (happy face and a thumbs up) and I probably should have held-off reading your blog until tomorrow morning while I'm in a meeting. Let's hope that the neurons fire. Cheers!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
